Nice, secluded property close to food and shopping with real nice staff members that seem to work together well.

I loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room with a cute balcony and the guarantee of the most comfortable beds in the world.

At check in I asked front desk person about where the breakfast was and time. My reservation included breakfast. She basically said no that's not the way it works. Without even checking. It upset me. Next morning at check out the other lady said yes my reservation included breakfast and apologized. Your employees need to make sure they know the reservation. All she had to do was look at computer. Clearly she did not want to go out of her way.

Very nice.welcome at the front desk. Hotel was great.‘I’ve stayed at almost every hotel in Burlington and this was my nicest stay by far.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, nice to be able to access Netflix. Perfect location for a stop off from the highway.
